Individual Therapy for Women in the San Jose Area

I provide both short-term and long-term individual counseling for women all across the San Jose, California and Santa Clara County region.

Every client is unique and each treatment plan is unique. While your treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, some of your general goals for therapy might include:

  • Increasing your sense of self-worth and your capacity to celebrate your unique gifts and talents
  • Building healthy coping mechanisms to help you manage stress effectively
  • Developing the skills to move out of depression
  • Learn relaxation techniques and learn how to use positive self-talk when you're anxious
  • Learning to grieve loss constructively and work through past and present hurts
